The average score on the final exam was 40.1 points. There were two perfect exams (85 points). The final letter grades will be posted later today.
Exams can be picked up today (28th) at Prof. Mihaly's office.
For the calcualtion of the final letter grade the Recitation and Lab grades have been adjusted to compensate for the grading style of the Instructors.
In other words, if your section average was higher than the average of other sections, every grades
in that section was pulled down a bit. The opposite happened if the section average was lower.
These minor changes will not matter much in the final grades, but they are necessary to be fair to all students.
